My dear friend and fellow vanlifer Sophia (23) lost her van today. It burned down completely on the highway in Portugal 😔

She decided to change her life, bought her van (5 months ago) and left Germany to find her true self on the road!

I got to know her in Spain and she is one of the most beautiful human beings I have ever met. She is open hearted and willing to live her life to the fullest. Always kind and without judgement. 

Today she lost everything! It only took 10 minutes for her van to burn completely. It was not only a van, it was her home! She could manage to grab 1 shoe, her phone, wallet and a laundry bag after she managed to get out of the burning van. Luckily she is fine and not injured.

But all her personal belongings are gone, destroyed by the fire. All her clothes, books, photos and all her little things and memories she collected.

She can not get anything out of the insurance and all her savings where in the van. So I really want to help her, so she can continue her life journey!

The freedom to live and travel around in a van, is the best feelling in the world and she absolutely loved it. She is handling the situation very well, but she needs our help now!

I would like to collect 15.000 euros. This would be enough to buy a T3 in more or less the same conditions. 5 euro for 3000 people, easy! Can we make it heppen together as a community? 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼 Please let's help Sophia to get her a new home, so she can continue her vanlife dream 🙏🏼 Lot's of love ❤️
